Aventus alternative

Imo the fragrance is unisex but I can see how many would find it to be masculine. The Aventus vibes are very prevalent and it’s a great smelling fragrance for the price. Fruity leather Chypre with essentially no individual notes to distinguish by themselves. The name City of Jasmine is essentially a misnomer as I don’t get any Jasmine but there is a bit of a floral aspect. I have this fragrance in my rotation for the remainder of spring but likely won’t wear it in the high heat. Essentially I enjoy the fragrance and consider it one of the better economical options to get the Aventus like effect.

Very masculine, low on jasmine

I know this is marketed as a unisex fragrance, but it comes off as extremely masc to me (I'm a woman, and I like a lot of Hermes' unisex scents. This feels far more masc leaning).
The leather top note is extremely strong. There's definitely a freshness, but it leads woody and leathery, with the apples and flowers very much in the back. Surprised it is called "City of Jasmine" since the jasmine seems to be in the back row at least to my nose. Sad, because that's what I was looking for.
I imagine this would be a lovely scent on a man, especially in the summer. Not for me though.
